The predecessor of Shandong Horse Group was a state-owned collective enterprise, which had been reformed to a private enterprise in 1988. Products of HORSE have achieved government certifications in Chinese（CASG）for the first time in 1997, It also is one of the enterprises which got the Certificate for China Compulsory Certification(3C). Horse has also passed International Quality Certifications including ISO 9001-2000, besides, It has as many as 8 qualifications and qualities.
