 Research Structure
 Advanced R&D Dept.
This dept R&D IC chipset, now is developing mobile terminal chipset that is up to the mobile communication standard of the third generation The solution will integrate the physical chain into the single chipset, which accords to the UTRA FDD standard of the third generation partnership project, The key technology of the solution will possess independent knowledge property right. 
 System Designing Dept.
The System Designing Dept. takes charge of the whole design of the handset. According to the information of the marketing research and study, this dept. defines the future production and advance total design draft, after that, the requirements for software, hardware, RF, mechanical structure and ASIC will be brought forward, then the development assignment is delivered to relative department. When the development is finished, the Hardware Development Dept. will organize to carry out the system test, system integration, validation and test.
 Hardware Development Dept
This dept is responsible for the hardware design and development of the wireless mobile terminal facilities. Their duty includes total solution argumentation, radio frequency subsystem R&D, baseband system R&D, total solution performance test.
 Software Development Dept.
This dept takes charge of the software design and development of the wireless mobile terminal facilities, including of wireless communication protocol software, drive software, human computer interface, imbedded RTOS software and internet applications.

 Production Supporting Dept.
This dept provides complete technology support and service for R&D and manufacture of the mobile communication terminal products. This department is divided into general operation group, manufacture technology group, test technology group, operation training group, quality control group and sourcing management group.
 Identification Designing Dept.
The dept designs the handset style and interface, to bring perfect product to the customer is the core duty
 Mechanical Designing Dept.
This dept designs the product structure, develop module, including of product 3D modeling, designing engineering chart, supervising the manufacture of the module
