Shenzhen Cengcenggao Building & Engineering Co., Ltd. (the former Foundation Engineering Company of Baoan District) was founded in October, 1991. Subsidiary to Urban Construction Investment Development Company, Cengcenggao is a state-owned enterprise with independent legal entity with registered capital of RMB 20,000,000 yuan, and engaged in urban construction like road construction, building construction, foundation installation, power supply construction, etc. Following a decade’s endeavours, the company owns net assets of more than RMB 26,000,000 yuan, employs 620 registered staff and gathers a galaxy of over 100 technical and management personnel, among whom there are 37 of high/ middle level job title, 68 of primary professional job title, 12 first/ second grade managers and 3 three grade managers. The company has more than 110 machinery equipments for project engineering such as digging machine, road roller, road planner, loader, pile driver, etc.
In the decade, we have been endeavouring to contribute to the urban construction of our city, with an annual production value of over 60,000,000 yuan in recent three years, and even 80,000,000 yuan in 2001, when we had projects of over 200,000,000 yuan and renewed the record along the years.
